This dessert combines banana pudding and cheesecake into one rich, creamy, and comforting creation. A graham cracker crust supports layers of cheesecake, banana pudding, and fresh bananas.

Ingredients
  

Crust:

  • 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake filling:

  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp flou

Banana pudding layer:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced

Topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • Nilla wafers
  • Additional banana slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line the springform pan with parchment
  • Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, bake for 10 mins. Cool.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar, then add vanilla and eggs. Mix in sour cream, heavy cream, and flour
  • Pour filling over crust, bake for 55-60 mins. Cool completely.
  • Whisk pudding mix and milk over heat until thick. Stir in vanilla, cool.
  • Spread pudding over cheesecake, add bananas. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, wafers, and bananas.

Notes

  • For extra banana flavor, mash one banana into the pudding.
  • Use a springform pan for best results.
  • Cheesecake slices freeze well if wrapped tightly.
