Crust:
- 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake filling:
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp flou
Banana pudding layer:
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
Topping:
- Whipped cream
- Nilla wafers
- Additional banana slices
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line the springform pan with parchment
Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, bake for 10 mins. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar, then add vanilla and eggs. Mix in sour cream, heavy cream, and flour
Pour filling over crust, bake for 55-60 mins. Cool completely.
Whisk pudding mix and milk over heat until thick. Stir in vanilla, cool.
Spread pudding over cheesecake, add bananas. Chill for at least 4 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream, wafers, and bananas.
