- Garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper
- ½ cup cornstarch
- Olive oil spray
For the Bang Bang Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1 tsp lime juice
Cut and dry the salmon.
