Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months for optimal flavor.
  • For every pound of meat, use 2 tablespoons of seasoning (or adjust to taste).
