Ingredients
  

  • 8 sausages (your choice of type, like pork or beef)
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces. Chop the potatoes, carrots, and onion. Mince the garlic.

Layer in the Slow Cooker:

  • Place the sliced sausages at the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the diced potatoes, carrots, and onion.

Add Seasonings:

  • Sprinkle the curry powder, ginger, turmeric, salt, and pepper over the ingredients. Stir to coat everything evenly. Add the minced garlic, tomato paste, soy sauce, and chicken broth. Stir again.

Cook:

  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for about 6 hours, or until the vegetables are tender and the sausages are cooked through.

Add Peas:

  • About 15 minutes before serving, add the frozen peas to the slow cooker. Stir and let them cook until heated through.
