Main Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Alfredo Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1½ cups cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- Pepper & nutmeg
Cook the fettuccine following the package directions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add the broccoli to the same skillet with a splash of water. Cover and let it steam for 3–4 minutes until tender, then remove and set aside.
Melt butter in the skillet, then sauté the garlic for about a minute until it becomes fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese along with salt and pepper, letting it cook for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Return the chicken and broccoli to the pan. Add the fettuccine and toss everything together until well coated in the creamy sauce.
Serve warm with extra parmesan on top, if you like.
