- 2 cups of a 1:1 gluten-free flour blend (make sure it includes xanthan gum)
- 1 tablespoon of instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- ¾ cup of warm water (around 110°F)
In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Pour in the warm water, olive oil, and vinegar, then mix until a dough forms.
Cover with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Place the dough on the prepared sheet. With lightly oiled hands, press it out into a 10–12 inch circle.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, remove it, add your favorite toppings, then bake for another 5–7 minutes until golden and crisp.
