- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
