- 4 black tea bags (or green tea if preferred)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or thawed)
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Boil 4 cups of water.
Steep the tea bags in the hot water for 5 minutes.
Cool the tea to room temperature (or refrigerate for faster results).
Stir in the honey while the tea is still slightly warm.
Add passion fruit pulp and mix well.
Add lemon juice, if using, and stir.
Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.
