Ingredients
  

  • 4 black tea bags (or green tea if preferred)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or thawed)
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Boil 4 cups of water.
  • Steep the tea bags in the hot water for 5 minutes.
  • Cool the tea to room temperature (or refrigerate for faster results).
  • Stir in the honey while the tea is still slightly warm.
  • Add passion fruit pulp and mix well.
  • Add lemon juice, if using, and stir.
  • Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetener based on your preference.
  • Green tea works well as a substitute for a lighter version.
  • Store separately if prepping ahead to prevent pulp settling.
